According to the architects, the social areas (kitchen, dining, family room) are organized along a spacious circulation spine creating gathering spaces that face outwards towards the lake and mountains beyond. The spine terminates at the Great Room which cantilevers over the existing steep terrain and opens up to the views in all directions. The bedrooms are located in a separate wing directly related to a private and quiet exterior courtyard.
